Stock Tokens and lanes

Kiln pays rewards in Robinhood Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. A "lane" is one Stock Token you have chosen to receive.

The four lanes

Kiln identifies each asset by its verified address, never by symbol alone. All four are 18-decimal tokens quoted in USDG on Robinhood Chain.

Picking lanes

• Pick one to four. Your effective weight splits evenly across your picks.
• No pick means SPCX.
• Sign in with your wallet to save picks. Signing in never authorizes a transfer.
• Picks are frozen with your weight at each epoch close. Change them any time for the next epoch.

What a Stock Token is

Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure to the underlying stock's price. They are not the stock: no shareholder rights, no voting, no dividends from the company. OpenAI has publicly stated that Robinhood's OpenAI-linked tokens are not OpenAI equity and are not endorsed by OpenAI.

Who can hold them

Under the issuer's terms, Stock Tokens may not be offered, sold or delivered in the United States or to U.S. persons, and are restricted in other jurisdictions including Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Robinhood publishes the full list of restrictions.

By holding KILN with the intention of receiving Stock Token rewards you represent that you are permitted to hold Stock Tokens where you live. Kiln may withhold, pause or redirect settlement where delivery would be unlawful. A withheld allocation is recorded and disclosed, not silently cancelled.
