Built and running

• The homepage, Reforge, live stats and Receipts on kiln.cash.
• Wallet scanning on Robinhood Chain, dust classification and DexScreener pricing.
• One-transaction-per-token burns with receipt verification, idempotent recording and a 30-day history.
• Exact boost math capped at 10×, multi-lane picks with even splitting, SPCX default.
• Token-time snapshots, immutable boost and lane freeze, deterministic allocation, Merkle manifests and proofs.

Before the real token

1. Independent audit of the Reforge receipt and pricing logic, the accounting, the solver and the RewardDistributor contract. The report will be published here.
2. Counsel review of terms, jurisdictions, Stock Token eligibility and marketing.
3. Confirmed fee-receipt ledger, kept separate from the volume-derived estimates on the homepage.
4. Bounded conversion adapter for each Stock Token: quote freshness, deadline, minimum received, slippage, market-pause and failure states.
5. Independent freeze report: a clean-database recomputation of every epoch before a root is proposed.
6. Durable retry and monitoring for burn recording, plus read-provider failover.
7. Key and role design: Safe/timelock roles, KMS-backed keys, alerting and incident owners.
8. A reconciled test payout on testnet where fee receipt, conversion, funded units, frozen weights, manifest, root and transfer receipts all agree.

Launch milestones

Token issuance, contract deployment, distributor funding, treasury conversion, root publication and claim relay are distinct milestones with separate approval. The Launch page tracks status.

After launch

• More Stock Token lanes. More stocks join as their on-chain liquidity is deep enough to convert into safely. Holders will be asked which tickers should come next.
• Partner-funded rewards. Third parties topping up a lane's budget.
• Routing and lending integrations. Exploratory.
• A stock-paired KILN market. Exploratory.

None of the "after launch" items are current product behavior.

Not planned

• A "recover" mode that converts dust instead of burning it. It would need new contracts, price-manipulation limits, malicious-token defenses and tax and jurisdiction analysis. It is not implied by anything on the site today.
